All applicants must pass a thorough screening process. Any person 18 years of age and older. Which includes:

1. Showing verifiable income Three (3) times the monthly rent. Legally married and roommates may combine income.

2. Meet our minimum standard for:

A. Credit history /court records (including judgments, felony convictions etc.

B. Rental history ( verifiable from unbiased sources)

C. Employment/unemployment history six (6) consecutive check stubs, self-employed must provide tax returns or six consecutive bank statements

D. Snap benefits, SSI benefits and pension you must submit an award letter.

3. Pay an application fee $60.00 Application Fee ($25.00 for each additional applicant) in the form of a money order or certified check. These fees are non-refundable and are used to process the application.

A move in fee of $ 350.00 must submitted to hold a unit. No exception to this rule. All units are first come first served
