I love these apartments and I will tell u that my husband is very picky about where we live. The grounds are always kept up. The staff has always been professional and helpful to us. The apartment homes are so roomy and I love the floor plans. We have not had problems with bugs or not getting things fixed in a timely manner. I'm also one not to feed into the opinion of others. I go by my experience only. U will love it here. Did I say it is also quiet with children and teenagers around. I've been living here going on 3 years. I'm sure my next review will be a 5. Judge things for yourself so u won't miss out.

This is the absolute worst place you can live. They will be very nice to you until you sign the lease and that is exactly where the great customer service they talk about stops. They have multiple requirements and fees in their contract, especially when it comes to moving out; so make sure you read it with a fine tooth comb if you do decide to move in here. They will charge you for a key to the pool and gym even though it's an amenity they say is included in your rent. The property manager and her staff are also very lazy and not at all inclined to help you if they do not feel like it. I was told on one occasion that since my toilet became clogged that they would not be able to send somebody out until the next day to fix it because they didn't have anybody available since it was 4:30 and everybody was going home. When I asked how I was to use the restroom, they basically told me it wasn't their problem. I had to end up calling the emergency hotline before I received any help. Also there is an extremely bad roach problem. They say that pest control is included in your rent, but the huge roaches I have found in my bathroom and under my fridge don't back that statement up very well. Just beware that the office seems very nice, but since I have lived here there have been at least five new staff people in the front office in under a year, so obviously not only is it not a great place to live, it's not a great place to work either. Don't let their nice facades fool you into living here because it has been problem after problem with nobody willing to help you.

I've lived here for 5 years and try not to listen to all these negative reviews. If your a young family looking for a relatively quiet neighborhood that's safe this is your best bet by a long shot. I could go on and on but what's important is knowing don't believe everything you read. Lisa is a hell of a property manager and does not tolerate illegal activity, rowdy problem causers, or those who think they're above the rules. If your a good person that's here to raise a family, live your life, follow the rules, and yeah pay your rent on time you'll never have an issue. Don't do any of these and we'll your probably gonna have a biased negative review like many of these people did.

Do not lease from here, look elsewhere!!!! The front office are extremely rude and unhelpful. The maintenance team are always slow to respond and always unshowered. Getting any response or resolution from this team is always agonizing and tedious

Wow...thnx for all the info guys, I was seriously considering moving here but from past experience with beautiful landscaped apartments and seeing the perfect model homes they show you and then you find out that's not even the one you get to move in, I now read and listen carefully to the reviews. So far I've saved myself a lot of headache and money by reading the reviews first before a move. I also find that when you find more than 5 bad reviews of practically the same complaint its usually true. You can always tell the so-called good reviews because they usually have no complaint at all and if you read carefully you can see that they are trying to make a sell .Thx for all the honest reviews.
