I've lived here for 5 years and try not to listen to all these negative reviews. If your a young family looking for a relatively quiet neighborhood that's safe this is your best bet by a long shot. I could go on and on but what's important is knowing don't believe everything you read. Lisa is a hell of a property manager and does not tolerate illegal activity, rowdy problem causers, or those who think they're above the rules. If your a good person that's here to raise a family, live your life, follow the rules, and yeah pay your rent on time you'll never have an issue. Don't do any of these and we'll your probably gonna have a biased negative review like many of these people did.

Wow...thnx for all the info guys, I was seriously considering moving here but from past experience with beautiful landscaped apartments and seeing the perfect model homes they show you and then you find out that's not even the one you get to move in, I now read and listen carefully to the reviews. So far I've saved myself a lot of headache and money by reading the reviews first before a move. I also find that when you find more than 5 bad reviews of practically the same complaint its usually true. You can always tell the so-called good reviews because they usually have no complaint at all and if you read carefully you can see that they are trying to make a sell .Thx for all the honest reviews.

04-19-2014 The good: The people that live in the complex are always friendly. It's almost warm enough to use the pool. My power bill was under $100 this month. It has been over $200 in the past. The bad: Roaches! We run a tight ship and there should be no bugs but there are roaches on a weekly basis. There is mold under the caulking around the windows. You can tell someone tried to caulk over it but you can scrub the paint and silicone off and the mold is underneath. It's like the walls have moisture in them. Loud. The noise is not muffled like many places I have lived. You can hear conversations your neighbors are having. The tub is big enough to get in but the hot water heater can only fill it up about six inches before the water comes out cold. You end up with not enough water to cover a skinny person rendering the tub useless. The pool has a heater but they don't use it. They said it hasn't worked in three years. Umm... fix it. We have tried to get a community game going (frisbee, soccer, etc) in the empty retention pond in the middle of the complex. Management was very discouraged with silly excuses like you will trip over sprinklers (no sprinklers in retention pond) and "people leave their dog poop out there and don't pick it up!" Not a great response. The sprinklers run in the evening instead of night. They also spray on the sidewalks so you have to walk through them. 02-01-2014 The good: I have been satisfied with the apartment itself. My garage is great for the price. Jonah in the office tries to follow through and is very helpful. The bad: The gym has awkward hours for working people. The online rent payment system takes the money out of your account before it tells you there is a $27 charge for using the service. This was very upsetting and the number you call for customer service goes straight to voice mail. We can't wait to use the pool! I hope it gets hot soon! 12-01-13 The staff are nice and the apartments look nice. We move in tomorrow and are optimistic about the place! I'll keep you posted!

The only reason I give one star instead of zero is because the grounds are maintained well. Most of these reviews are fake and done by people who either work there or have a vested interest. One person said you can get to The Villages by golf cart. Not true, and shame on you for lying! The apartments are full of roaches, the staff is professional looking but they need some customer service training (including management). If you get home any time after 7 forget about finding a close spot to park. Appliances and countertops and sinks are of the cheapest known to mankind. Oh, and you have to buy and install your own light fixtures . . . who does that!!!? The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that goes on in connecting apartments. Worst apartment I have ever lived in! Don't!!!! Oh, and the review by Jeremiah . . . he works there! It is deplorable to mislead people this way. However, he IS right in stating that there is no comparison regarding the staff and apartments. There simply is nothing to compare to the lack of concern or care for the tenants. I agree with another reviewer that it makes me ill to even say the name of this complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

If your looking for an amazing community, then you have found the right place! Between the office staff and the amenities, there is no comparison. I know all my neighbors and feel comfortable and safe. I give this place two thumbs up!
