These apartments are ran extremely poorly. You call and request service when something breaks in the apartment and you'll be lucky if someone shows up during the week even though the office manager states someone would come by the same day. Also the management are liars, they were supposed to contact me for a whole month and a half and I never received one call or voicemail concerning my matter even though I went in there numerous times to talk to the manager. The assistant manager just said they'd call me, multiple times and never received any calls or anything. Unfortunately my father passed away and my mother could no longer afford the place and they acted like they understood her circumstances and she had to leave a month prior to her lease being up anyway and they still wanted to charge her for breaking the lease and also an additional $200 they took off in the beginning for signing a 2 year lease. What type of business does this, I understand there's a contract but extenuating circumstances they should show some compassion and leave her alone. Instead I have a collection agency calling her and harassing her even though they never once sent any type of bill, I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. Horrible management!! Nothing but crooks and liars.
Terrible experience. From the month I moved in thru the process of moving out. My original apartment I had been assigned was infested with roaches. I was told I could pick a different apartment. Within that month, we were making calls to have someone do pest control. More Roaches! monthly these calls needed to be made because we were only given temporary fixes. My assumption is that the entire property is infested, and the only thing that is being done is bare minimum. Management has refused to sit down with me and come to an agreement to terminate the lease after 11 months of us going thru the same steps. Araceli The manager, has a bad attitude and likes to talk in circles. She also can be dishonest, stating that our neighbors have not reported bugs in their apartment. Our neighbors in-fact have been complaining as well. We were told to not pay our rent if we didn't want to; however we wanted to pay our for a habitable living environment. Los Cabos has failed us, and I never missed one payment. There is a women name Katrina there also.. She's cool.. I can tell she is conflicted, and tries to assist as much as possible without stepping on toes of her bosses. Ive attempted to contact Aracelis supervisors at the number provided on my lease several of times. westcorp management; however zero phone calls back. Im hoping to expose this apartment complex with the help Of Ch. 8 On Your Side really soon. As well as files civil suits for the lost of furniture pieces and other believed to be affected items.

I'm not one to overly complain. I believe sometimes things don't work out the way you planned and it takes patience to deal with it. But when you have to threaten not paying your rent to get an AC unit repaired after a 10 month wait.......it's starting to get unbearable. Wading through excuse after excuse. When it was finally fixed. They offered me a hundred dollars off of my next months rent. My electricity bill was on average $400 dollars during peak months in a two bedroom apartment. I can look out the master bedroom in the back of the apartment and see the front door. It may be NV energy or It could be the apartments. Either way before I came here I have never had this problem. The microwave broke....I didn't mind. Ant colonies and roaches everywhere.....hey it happens. Gate busted for the year and 2 months I've been here.....glad my car isn't desirable. I've had maintenance walk-in on me in my living room at 8 at night.....hey everybody makes mistakes right ?
