The Gabriel Park OHSU Center, Southwest Community & Fitness Center, and Multnomah Village are within walking distance as well as Laughing Planet Caf and Driftwood Coffee. Quick access to Highways I-5, 217, 26, OHSU, and downtown Portland.

The kitchen and washer/dryer are shared. Upstairs bathroom is shared by you and one other woman. Parking is off-street, unreserved. Ample storage in the room and upstairs hallway.

First month's rent and security deposit equal to rent (refundable less applicable fees)

Move out

30-day written notice required (you if you decide to move on; me if deemed necessary)

Security deposit is returned within 30 days

Electric and gas heat bills shared equally: range from about $18-35 per person

Water, garbage, and recycling paid by owner

No pets. No smoking or drugs of any kind. Visitors okay with advance notice.
