Thanks to Marion of Camden Westshore I have found a wonderful place to live in Tampa. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained and can be seen out of the large screened porch. The apartment has a full size washer and dryer. And the office and maintenance staff are courteous and efficient .
I have loved my experience with Camden Westshore! The team is very responsive and accommodating. The community environment is warm and welcoming and it feels like home. I would like to add a very specific shout out to leasing agent Jessica Taylor. She has made my entire apartment search/moving process seamless and simple. Jess is easy to get in contact with and very knowledgeable. However, she also goes above and beyond with her friendly demeanor. Jess is absolutely the reason I first decided to live at Camden and why I chose to stay within the Camden community when I recently changed complexes.
Their maintenance is by far the best I've ever experienced from several complexes, you break something? They'll be there in 10 minutes to fix it. Their staff is very friendly. If they kept prices the same at the end of your lease I'd never move. I have lived at a camden complex for almost 4 years now. Only negative is they raise prices by quite a bit once your lease is up, so I'll probably have to move after this lease is up but their service is great and I wish they locked prices so I could live here year after year.
I moved into Camden Westshore in January of 2015. The staff is the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever come across living in apartments; their personalities could light up a the night sky. Any issue is carefully and professionally dealt with, no matter how small. The units themselves are in great condition, and the layout is perfect for me. They have a lot of options in terms of floorpans, and the amenities are plentiful. The office frequently hosts community events, so meeting neighbors isn't stressful. Camden is barely half a mile away from a good Winn Dixie, and any other shop you'd need is nearby. Residential areas next door are great for jogging or walking if the fitness center is full, and there is a post office just around the corner. Depending on the location of your unit, the road nearby (Gandy) can get a little noisy, but it's not a deal breaker. I highly recommend turning right out of the community, because turning left can take as much time as it takes to read and annotate A Tale of Two Cities, but Charles Dickens. In my opinion, the extra (mandatory) services like trash pick-up are not worth what they cost. All in all, this is a fairly priced community that could fit everyone's needs. Oh, and the screened in patios are dope. Check out Camden!
