I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Lighthouse student living ASAP. I WILL PAY THE REST OF JANUARY'S RENT! It is conveniently located only 5 minutes walking distance from UNCW. It has great amenities ranging from a pool, hot tub, updated gym, tanning bed, grills, a hammock area, printers, computers, game room, and movie room. The apartment is fully furnished, and includes a washer and dryer, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, huge walk-in closets, and large bathrooms for each room. The staff is extremely kind and is always there to help me. My apartment has three bedrooms, and both of my female roommates are friendly, clean, and kind. One roommate will be abroad for the spring semester so there will only be one roommate in apartment until the summer. Due to Hurricane Florence, my roommates and I just had to move apartments, so the apartment room is brand new and just moved into. The only reason I am moving is to move in with family for personal financial reasons.
