First off, we are Pet Friendly!! Available for occupancy February 1st, 2019. This is a really cool building. It was originally a colonial school house that was converted to apartments many years ago. This Two Bedroom Apartment, is on the second floor. Rent includes Hot Water and Heat. This is an older building with lots of architectural appeal. I have already made lots of improvements and upgrades to an already lovely apartment. In 2015 I upgraded this apartment with a brand new kitchen with new solid natural maple cabinets with a granite counter top, new dishwasher, new full size gas range, new garbage disposal, new microwave over the range, and a new refrigerator. A new tiled floor has been installed both for the huge kitchen and seperate dining area. The living room had a brand new hard-wood oak floor installed. Ceiling fans throughout. The bathroom is a perfect example of an older, but very interesting bathroom, with new wainscoting, reflecting the wonderful architecture of past years. The two bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. The entire apartment has newer insulated double pane windows with all screens intact. For your safety there is a fully functioning fire alarm system which is constantly monitored by a local security company. Off street parking is available, for up to 10 cars. There is a full basement with loads of storage space. There is a coin-operated laundry available in the basement area for your convenience. There is ample outdoor space, as the building sits on half an acre. In town location makes it ideal since it's close to the train (3 blocks away), library (across the street), great schools and local shops. The tremendous Food Co-Op is only 3 blocks away. DON'T FORGET THE RENT INCLUDES HEAT & HOT WATER
Notice: There is no smoking allowed in the building!! Please call me with any questions, or to arrange to see the apartment. I am pet friendly. If you have a dog or cat, the animal must be at least six months old, neutered, and house broken. There will be an additional charge of $25/month per pet. A pet deposit, equivalent to a months rent will be required, which is fully refundable as long as there is no damage. Call me if you have any questions, or wish to see the apartment.

Lease details: The initial lease period is one year and then the lease becomes month to month with 60 days notice required prior to vacating the apartment. This is a non-smoking building. Please note that I am not the kind of Landlord who raises the rent automatically. I only consider increases in rent if the cost of maintenance, utilities, taxes, insurance, etc. increase to the point where I have no choice. I have been known to keep the rent stabilized for several years. You'll find me the kind of landlord who responds very quickly to potential issues that require attention.
