Ever since the apartment complex has done renovations I can say for myself it has been a wonderful experience! The people are so nice the complex doesn't smell. They have been able to fix all the ongoing problems. Cheep rent, good place to live. A few years ago it might not have been but now it's great!
This has been the far best experience I've had with an apartment. The leasing office was so nice! I have been able to live here for two years now and loving it. The rent is cheaper than most places and we haven't had any problems at all so far. Everyone else on here must be making this all up because its a load of crap. Live here if you can!!!
Came here to view an apartment a year ago after setting an appointment. The office was closed, and my fiance and I waited five minutes to see the employee walking up with another couple who dropped in, and 'claimed it' before we got there. It was the last apartment, we were miffed, but just let it go. Fast forward to the present, I'm looking for another place again and set another appointment. I had to reschedule for the next day after something came up, they said fine, and so I dropped in again five minutes before the scheduled time. The older lady had a poisonous attitude from the get go, and when I told her we had a viewing, she did the 'And?' mannerism with her face. "James?". No, I told her my name. Then, the younger lady says "Oh yeah, I was about to call you. We set up an odor killer and so we can't show you anything today." Fed up, definitely not going to try again. It's bad enough when half the reviews on here mention lackluster office management when they've leased the place, we can't even get a showing without them treating us like garbage. Service has only gotten worse in the last year, do yourself a favor and find another place to live.
I could go on and on about how awful this place IS! I finally made the decision to move when I discovered the multiple felon, sex offender living right next door to me and my kids, and THE PLAY GROUND. If the owners cared enough they would keep felons out, but they prefer to put them next to the playground. To help them keep their reputation of being the worst place on the planet. Don't do it, please I beg you. You would be safer, warmer, and dryer living under a bridge.
This is by far thee worst leasing experience I have ever been a part of. My fellow roommates which became my friends would agree, the people they have working here are incompetent and extremely rude. I will say the maintenance staff is kind and friendly but I feel sorry they work for such a impersonal employer. If you are planning on leasing here be ready for inconvenient 15 month leases, horrible stinking carpets, little toilettes, and poor water temp's, and year(and three months) of hell. STAY AWAY!!!!1
