I lived here for almost a decade, and for the most part, I was happy. Throughout most of the duration, I had nice, quiet neighbors, and I felt safe and trusted my valuables would be okay. The maintenence was honest and reliable, and if I had a problem, they were prompt in repairs. The grounds were regularly cleaned and well-maintained. and the location was frequently renovated to keep it up to date. In all, they did a good job. There are a lot of conveniences near the location, many within walk. These include Safeway, other stores, banks, restaurants, fast food, the Metro subway, the mall, and much much more. It is pretty close to I-795, and there are back roads in the area that bring you to many different parts of the county quite fast. For public transportation-dependent, you must be strong. There is a bus line that runs past the development that connects to the subway, but only during rush hour. At all other times, the main bus line in the area is a 5-minute walk away, and it involves walking up and down a steep hill. Much of the surrounding area is not pedestrian-friendly. I was motivated to move out not by the apartment itself but by the surrounding area. The area has been overdeveloped, and the traffic is a mess, even outside of rush hour. There were so many bad accidents, driving on nearby major roadways became a chance with your life. During the last few months I lived here, there was an increase in crime that included murder. And noise levels increased - at 2AM every morning, a train crossed on a nearby railroad, and it would always disturb my sleep.
