We are three young professionals looking for a responsible, respectful, clean new roommate. The current roommate makeup is two guys and a girl. We don't have a gender preference. We don't throw big parties, but we do have friends over.

We live in a four bedroom/four bathroom town home in Costa Mesa. Each room has its own private bathroom. The unit has a four car garage and an extra parking space, so all roommates have guaranteed parking. There is also ample street parking for guests. We have laundry machines at our complex. The complex has a no pet policy. If you are interested, we would be more than happy to show you the unit.

The room for rent is biggest of the four at 16 x 12 plus a storage space and a bathroom. It is located on the 2nd floor with its door opening up to the living-room. The room also has a back door entrance which makes it convenient.
