The only problem i have is that when maintenace comes and you dont answer theyll just walk in i was getting out of the shower in a towel getting clothes and didnt hear them knock and they just walked in it made me very uncomfortable i dont like that at all. But other than that i love the girls at thr offices i dont ever have any problems with the neighbors and theyre always polite
I'm A resident at landmark village east. The management in this apartment complex do not have the qualities for good customer service. I've been paying my rent on time since i've been living here. And went the tornado hit i had to stay for 2 days out of my apartment with no help from them. I'm a multiple scleorosis patient. When i went to seek help they did not even provide me with information about what was going on with the people that had to stay out of their homes. And when i ask if there would be any credit on the days that we had to spent out of our apartments, they told me that everybody was responsible for the whole amount on the rent that because of the tornado there was no exception. Know they had their on line portal down for the month of February. I call on the first thru the third trying to see what options did i had so i could made my payment the employee that took the call told me that he was going to relay the message so someone could call me with more information and nobody call back. I did my payment on line thru my bank and i received an eviction letter because they fail to communicate with me to give more options. Know, i talk to the manager Jennifer which it's new in this apartment complex and she threaten me, that after i show all the effort from my part to pay the rent and paid the rent. She told me she was going to take action against me. And all this happen because an employee did not relay an important message. Just think about it before moving in here, at first it's fine but after they get you. They do what it's best for them and don't remember that we are the ones that pay their salaries. THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER! DO NOT LIVE HERE! UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND HAVING PROBLEMS IN YOUR APARTMENTS AND NOTHING TO BE DONE ABOUT IT. I have had problems since the tornado came I have a big water leak because of the rain and nobody has came to do anything about it! The leasing agents don't know anything they don't help with anything! Guess what happen to that leak there is mold now and cracks all over the apartment wall and roof! I'M JUST WAITING FOR THE WHOLE APARTMENT TO FALL APARTMENT AND I'M SURE IF IT DOES THEY STILL WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I have been around apartments all my life because my mom, and aunt have worked there for a career and none of the properties have ever been this irrespirable, rude, and lazy! Why am I paying 800+ rent for them to not even provide the right maintenance in the right time! Now I have a pipe broken in the bathroom and guess what nothing done about it! I have a dog that I have to put up everyday because I don't know if the maintenance is going to come inside or not. It's been a month and still nobody has came! DO NOT LIVE HERE! THEY ARE A RIP OFF! THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING UNTIL 2 WEEKS LATER! I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE. I'm trying to terminate my lease right now and all they do is say they will give me a call back and I have not received any call backs no voicemails nothing! THEY ARE JUST A MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY! Landmark at lake village east can go ahead and comment saying they are sorry for my frustration blah blah. I'll be waiting for my information to terminate the lease! Do not live here!
I have lived in these apartments for a month now and already I am very upset!! Last week there was alot of rain and we got a leak coming out of the wall/fireplace tiles. So I called and filed a work order. The woman asked me if the maintenance had permission to come in to the apartment when we are at work and I told her NO, WE HAVE A DOG AND WE NEED A HEADSUP TO LOCK HER IN A ROOM. So she said Okay and I got an email of the work order info, which clearly says on there my request.. About a week goes by and I called today to ask when they will come to fix it since it stopped raining. The woman from the office says they came by a few days ago and went inside my home and looked at the leak (which they then realized it needs to be fixed outside on the roof, and left). I told her I was very upset that they disregarded my very specific requirement of them NOT entering the premises without permission or a HEADSUP first!!! She then says "Well the problem is fixed isn't it..?" As if it's no big deal. What if my dog was aggressive and attacked the strange men entering her home? Whose fault would that had been?!. What if my dog escaped my apartment and was now lost or ran over by the busy road and highway right by the complex!? I am furious with what has happened. Don't move here. Read the reviews. I wish I had done the same. 11 months to go living here... Let's see what else happens.
**** Slum lords*****I have lived in Landmark at Lake Village East for 4 months now and they are TERRIBLE! I would never rent another property from them if they were the LAST place on earth. What they show you and what you get are 2 TOTALLY different things! They never answer their phones – they use an off-site call center in Utah and while the people from the call center are very nice, there isn’t anything that they can do except send an email to the front office. The biggest problem with that is that they are NEVER in the office. Been countless times during “business hours” and the doors are always locked. Have tried contacting corporate and they don’t even return calls/emails so why would the expectation be any different from the office?? BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
