I am a 23 year old professional female with a full time job, looking for a female university student or professional. Non smoker, no pets.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo on the main floor. Open concept layout, granite countertops, in suite laundry and a large spacious deck with view to the river!

The condo was built in 2009. Amenities in the building include a gym, guest suite on the main level that you can rent for visitors. (Fee is $150.00 for one night or up to a week at no extra cost) There is a large conference area in the basement that can be used for parties and/or family events.

We have a private parking stall in the back #4 (only 6 in total) and also have an underground parking stall with a storage shed! It's a 15 min walk or so to the Broadway area and is steps away from Gabriel Dumont park which is along the river.
