These apartments are not good. There are car burglaries every weekend as well as obvious drug deals every day. Any packages or mail is stolen immediately, laundry rooms are also robbed frequently so you will lose clothes constantly. The fitness room has also been robbed. The staff is very rude and unwilling to help, they also help themselves into each apartment several times a year, sometimes unannounced. They pay for unnecessary maintenance like gutter cleaning before fall time, and run the sprinklers always even during the flooding season so the place becomes a mud pit. There are children who never go to school and maraud around the complex hitting cars with rocks and throwing trash everywhere. Every car in this complex has dents in the doors from rude neighbors opening their doors into the car next to it. There are dogs that bark 24/7,These apartments are great if you are an aspiring dealer and you need a place to blend in with plenty of junkies to keep income rolling in. Worst place to live in denver/lakewood area hands down.
Well i have lived here about 3 years my car has no dents or broken into and the staff here is awesome so im not really sure which one would be rude and the weed smoking its Colorado i dont smoke personally but its going to be anywhere you go.as for laundry rooms my clothes never been taken and sorry to my nabhors i do forget them down there longer then i should thanks for be patient lol and that is probably only thing i would change is wish my apartment had a washer/dryer and evey time i have a problem maintenance is quit to fix it.
My year in Denver was a nightmare. This place is the only thing that lived up to expectations. The complex is your typical apartment complex in terms of appearance and amenities. In terms of rent, it is slightly below the average for the Denver market, and it isn't run down or sketchy, so it is a good deal. The only complaint is they didn't spend a lot on insulation between apartments. You can feel it when the people above are walking and you can clearly hear your neighbors have a conversation. It isn't a deal breaker. Just stating a fact. It is in a great location if you want a chilled out location close to the foothills. Being right off of 285 it is about 20 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to the DTC, 15 to 20 minutes to a variety of hiking along the Front Range, and 30 to 45 minutes to a variety of hiking in the foothills. You have all of the shopping you need and there are plenty of dining options on Wadsworth, the first major road west of the complex and Sheridan, the first major road east of the complex. The entire staff, office and maintenance, were professional. I would recommend it if asked.
We just transferred to an updated 2 bedroom. I haven't had any issues here, the maintenance fixes the stuff in my apartment. The neighbors are nice and frankly for the price and the upgrades I can't complain as they are making lots of nice amenities in the property. I can't wait for the dog park! My 2 poodles are going to love it. The office staff is very friendly and always gives my dogs treats when I come in. I like it here and we will probably be here for a few more years until we buy a house.
The staff is rude, maintenance wont fix the broken items in my unit, and if they do, they come into your unit as they please just because they have a key. Their bug exterminator was very rude (we've had bed bugs in the unit), and their maintenance staff is so incompetent. I spoke with Jessica at the front office, and of course all she did was give me excuses and invalidate my concerns. Don't expect to be able to reason with the office staff, they won't fix your problem or learn from their mistakes but simply dismiss it as no big deal. Also, they really need a new maintenance team. I can't wait until my lease is up, I've never lived in such a foul complex with such unprofessional, lazy & rude staff. I would not recommend these apartments.
