Are you a part-time student looking for housing for the upcoming school year? If so, the beautiful, historic Claridge Hotel is the place for you!

We have several units available in an historic SRO in downtown Oakland, conveniently located four blocks from the 14th St BART and two blocks from the 980 Freeway on ramp.

The units are "SRO" Single Room Occupancy and do not feature kitchens, or private bathrooms. Each floor has several communal bathrooms. A great alternative for students looking for a place to call their own! Also, free WiFi is included for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors!

Applicants must earn approximately 2.5x the monthly rent to be approved for residency.

Please ask for Nicole or Wilda, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm OR Terry weeknights from 6-7:00pm and some weekends.
