Don't waste your time applying for this place they are a huge scam! They kinda make it as though you should send in your application before you view the apartment. After you apply online and spend like 90$ (three people) on the application you get an immediate response that you have been denied (without any specification as to why you got denied). There are to major scammers there Michelle and her sidekick joe . WATCH OUT! I wish I saw rating before I got into it.
The only thing I liked about our apartment was the layout. It was otherwise very cheap and crappy for example, many cabinet doors would not close, mirrors were moldy behind glass, sliding doors in bedroom hardly worked. The neighbors were loud 24/7 screaming and playing a blasting subwoofer on the shared bedroom wall, walls seem to be made from paper. The neighbor above our kitchen had a drum set that they would play all day long. Management was hilariously terrible, if you ever interact with "Joe" you'll know what I'm talking about. They have never been helpful a single time or had a solid answer for me. While we were trying to move in they were rude and unhelpful as if they weren't even interested in renting the unit. The maintenance is adequate at best, they were never able to fix the rusty water leaking from my dish water, they replaced light bulbs quickly though! I would miss deliveries even if I has a signed door ticket for the reason that "neighborhood unsafe". There were roaches when we first moved in, management wouldn't spray, because there was no one room that had more then another. Just don't ever live here or perhaps at Con Am properties.
Worst experience! Management never takes responsibility for anything. The best decision I made was to move out when my lease ended.
so far i hate it, i called, and the guy named JOE, i was asking if he can email me with the accurate information regarding to the quote of the rent, and he said all the information is on their website, i told him that on their website it said $1170 for 2 bed/1bath, and he said "NO is $1240" and I was like "ok, so can you email me that information?" and he said "just look it up on the website"...its not helping at all its terrible customer services, and he sounded so sleepy, its great location, but with the customer service area i guess they really need to improve it!
There is very little security and non-residents break into the pool area often and loiter after-hours.
