Parking is decent depending on your location. 700 building is nice and quiet, near the creek. People nearby can be loud and annoying at times, smoke wafting into the apartment. People leave trash and glass around at times but can't really blame them for that; people are pigs. Rent keeps getting raised quite a lot lately. Not a bad complex, but has room for improvement.

It's definitely the best place in the area- we shopped around- it had everything my fiance and I were looking for, like washer and dryer and a private entrance. We recently moved out and bought a house, but my experience there was nothing but great. It was quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and our apartment was huge compared to a lot of the other places I've lived. The maintenance guys there were great, they always did a great job for us, they will be missed!
