I really enjoy living at lakota lakes. It doesn't feel like I am living in an apartment ... I feel like I have my own little condo and you never hear any neighbors. I got super lucky with my third floor lake view !! It's a great location too. You live right off the interstate which makes for amazing accessibility. I love the walking trail around the lake and the amenities are great! The staff is helpful and I am always amazed that Hannah remembers my name and actually cares about me as a person ! Same with Marcus - great technician and very nice guy!! Just renewed my lease and can't wait for another year !! Would recommend !! :)

Lakota lakes is probably the worst place to live in. I hated every minute of the year I lived here. First of all, there are bugs every where. No matter how much you call pest control, or even spray the place yourself, there's still bugs. Roaches, spiders, and all other small bugs. I find myself cleaning constantly just to get keep the house clean and the bugs away but no matter how much I clean they're still around. Obviously the whole building is infested. The winters are freezing. They say free heat but the heater only works sometimes, the hallways smell disgusting, and have stains of the carpet and ceilings. I continuously see the cops which just makes me feel like I'm not in a safe environment if the cops are visiting constantly. The staff in the office all have attitudes and make you wait a while just to get help. In the beginning they are nice, but as soon as you move in, your not shit to them. The manager that sits in the room is the worst. She will give you attitude as soon as you walk in the building. She doesn't even take time to meet with you when you first go in and sign the lease. She just treats you like your less than she is. The house itself is not worth the supposedly 650 they say it costs. Then they charge you hidden fees and make you pay 700 something for your crappy apartment. Its not a good place at all. If you visit there then went to another place you'd just feel a whole different vibe, a better vibe. They also made me go with cold water for 3 days. This is all within 1 year of living here. They dont do any maintnance in the entry ways of the apartment buildings. The upstairs people are super loud. I dont think the ceilings are even stable. Don't live here its horrible. It did not make me happy at all.

Lakota Lake is a fantastic place to live. The grounds are well-kept, and it has a 'town within a town' feel to it. There is a large lake with a paved walking trail around it, a pier, a dog park for those with pets, a pool, sand volleyball, playgrounds, fitness center, and a pool table in the clubhouse. I've only had one maintenance issue, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. The on-site maintenance crew are always friendly. The office staff are always great as well, although I've only had to talk to them a few times. I've lived here for a year, and I couldn't think of anywhere in this part of the Cincinnati area that I'd rather live.

Beautiful place to live, love the excercise stations around the stocked pond! The ladies in the office are awesome and the maintenance staff seems to be some of the best in the business.

Lakota Lake is just gorgeous! They have a beautiful lake and fitness trail. The leasing staff was very nice and helpful. The locations is just perfect for a family. I am very glad I stopped by to check them out. Definitely worth the time to go see.
