the apartments are beautiful, honestly have never used any of their amenities with the brecksville rec centre so near. their management\staff on the other hand is horrible, a noightmare to deal with. so if you have been notified of a filter change on monday, they will show up wednesday. being a sahm ive been confronted with unexpected company at different times during the day where as soon as you step out of your bedroom, you have three guys standing in front of you (dumbfounded as well). i have considered outting my own dead bilt locks on the entrance doors just so i can avoid these frightening experiences. oh and they may shut off water without any notice in the evening when youre trying to do a load of dishes or using the bathroom. no use calling management as they will only yell at you because they are too busy with God knows what to notify you that you will probably not have water for an uncertain number of days.
So in all fairness, these apartments are pretty nice. They are spacious with lots of window, large bathrooms, and huge closets. The attached garages are nice and the area is safe and quiet. However, for all that we pay, you would think that the driveways would be shiny and black in the winter. I do not think they ever salted them and only shovelled once a day. Sorry, that just does not cut it in a town like Cleveland. Also, they had stupid rules, like a car cannot be parked in a space backwards. And the kicker for me was when we were moving out. We had moved into the apartments in the middle of July, however we were expected to pay for the full month of July when we left at the end of June the next year. The lady at the management office also gave me attitude when I pointed this unfairness out to her. Although there are nice people that work here, I have also found a few are useless and rude. Once again, these apartments are not cheap and you would expect amazing service, but they definitely fell short on that.
