I have lived at Pine Lake Heights for 3 years now and have loved it! Maintenance is always quick to fix anything I need, the staff in the leasing office is delightful and very helpful, and the apartments are great! I've lived in quite a few apartments here in Lincoln and this one is by far my favorite. Great job, Pine Lake Heights and CIP--keep up the great work!
I have a few maintenance issues and they took care of them quickly. The girls in the office are great! Whenever I need something, they do what they can. I like the loft apartment I rent and am very happy with the total environment.
your usual overpriced poorly run apartment complex. Walls are all super thin so you really get to know your neighbors, most of whom smoke pot, the hallways either smell like dank weed or old cabbage from somebody baking. We as a young family got to move in right after a group of college boys moved out so even though we always kept it very clean the carpets were awful, stains in every room and it was breaking away from the wall by the patio. The walls in the bathroom were trashed so the towel rods fell down the first time tried to use them after they came in and "fix" they broke the first time we used them again so we just bought a towel rack. Moved out as soon as we could. Left the place in better shape then how we found it and now they are trying to find every way to nickel and dime us out of our deposit. Which mostly gets taken away since they charge you a carpet cleaning fee whether or not the carpets are clean and also charge you an extremely expensive apartment painting fee unless you live there two years which I've otherwise never heard of. In all don't waste your money, you can find way better for several hundred less a month.
The bills arrive right before they are due with no time to turn the payment in. The office's solution is I should send a random amount I think will cover my bills every month so I'm not late. The hallways smell like a dead body and when repair work is done half the time they break what they are repairing. The best of living here is that I got them to accept my notice to vacate.
The worst customer service, due to management in the office not answering the phones and never being in the office, I turned in my notice 4 days late, after explaining the situation to them 100 times and trying to come to a mutual agreement, I still had to pay $815 for the next month that I no longer lived there. After coming to terms with that, in January, I get a bill for utilities for $75. After being threatened to be sent to collections, I contacted them saying I moved out and turned of the A/C when leaving, so whoever turned it back on should be responsible for that bill, they still made me pay for it. So pretty much got ripped off by them for almost $1000, they didn't care about my side of it but only cared about getting their money. Clearly these people don't care about their residents and just want to get a paycheck every month. Hated living here, very much regret spending my first year of marriage here.
