We are offering for rent sixteen newly-renovated 1br/1 bath units in the Fulton Park Apartments building. The building is completing a total renovation and some units are available now, others will come available over the next 2-4 weeks. We are accepting applications on all units now and willing to start leases now or through the end of February. Each 1br unit is approximately 650 sqft and rent is $975/month plus each tenant pays $20/month as a water/sewer supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer. We will require strong rental history, good credit, last month's rent deposit and a $500 refundable security deposit. One or two cats are acceptable. Sorry, no dogs.
