Our Ohana is located in lush Hahaione Valley...a beautiful, safe, Hawaii Kai neighborhood. Our house is in a quiet residential area - about 2 miles from the ocean. The available room is near the front entrance of the house, spacious, private, with 4 large windows that allow the cross winds and a ton of natural light. There is a build in corner desk & shelf. Nice wood look Laminate flooring is brand new.

There is a large neighborhood park with tennis courts and basketball courts, etc. about a 5-10 minute walk from our front door.

We have three loving cats & two sweet dogs.

Shared spaces include: a full kitchen w gas range, a full bathroom w full tub & shower (shared with 2 others), and a modern and efficient washer and dryer.

We occasionally have rains from the mountains that keep it cooler in the valley. Everyone helps with cleaning up after themselves.

Depending on timing, bedroom can likely be rented furnished or unfurnished. Rent is $900, which includes all utilities including Wi-Fi.

All housemates help with household chores, household supplies and turning lights off when not in the room. There are plenty of hiking trails, and beaches within a 10-15 min drive from our neighborhood. All common areas are shared- with a nice front garden and a large, fenced, backyard. There is also a BBQ for use on our back patio & plenty of street parking. Express buses from Hawaii Kai to UH Manoa & downtown are available M-Friday.
