The building has no elevator; the entrance is on the 2nd floor, so you walk up two flights to the condo.

This condo is for two people only. Pets are not allowed.

The condo, which is just under 1,100 square feet, has a balcony with a view of the lake, great natural lighting and cross-breezes, a washer/dryer, 2 reserved off-street parking spots, and upscale furniture and furnishings. It is our summer home.

The bedroom has a queen bed, end tables, dresser, and spacious closet. A private bathroom is off the hall.

The other bedroom ($1,250/month) has a king bed, end tables, dresser, large internet-capable TV with Netflix, spacious closet, and private bath. A female renter has selected this room but is willing to take either.

Rent includes all utilities and broadband Internet.

The neighborhood is quiet but loaded with features in addition to the spectacular Green Lake. There is a PCC grocery store and several restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops within a 5-minute walk. A bus stop with 3 routes (including Bus 48 going directly to UW campus) is 1 block away.

This unit is available mid-September 2016 to mid-June 2017, to coincide with UW's school year.
