I was the landlord in a lease through Neves Group. They where suppose to be the management company. I was to do all repairs and maintenance my self. I was charged $77 for them to put in a fire extinguisher and run a circuit test. I was charged for them to clean out gutters. My monthly draw was never the right amount usually less sometimes more than it should have been. According to them this was do to the sewer bill. At the end of the lease they would not release all interest in the property. I had to wait till their crew could clean the carpet 4 days after the lease was expired.THey would not allow me to do it. They also had to do the walk through but could not do that at end of lease either so I had to wait 2 days for that. I had to call tenants about the yard not being cleaned myself. And had to deal with a yard care company that says the tenants called them? Which should have been Neves Group responsibility. Then in the end they took money out of my repair fund that you must have through them. Because the tenants overpaid rent?
My wife and I rented an apartment through Neves Group. They have provided outstanding service for us. After we had moved in, I called with a list of several things I was hoping could be taken care of around the house. All items were taken care of in two days time. The maintenance staff are helpful and considerate, the office staff are polite and professional, and our experience with Neves Group has been outstanding!
Do Not Rent from them! Seriously!
