Do NOT. Our unit had mold and my car got broken in to. The walls are so thin I could hear when our neighbor did any sort of movement -- including when someone sat on (or got up from) the toilet. I could hear every load of laundry other people did, and sirens went by the apartment all the time waking up my family. The offices are HORRIBLE to work with. The management is very rude and condescending -- openly telling me that they do NOT have to treat each tenant the same and that they can change their policies to benefit their profit at anytime, with no notice. Sparing you a very long story, we have now paid 12,000 for an apartment we lived in less than 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous.
Moved in last friday we are ok
I have lived in just about every apartment community in Virginia Beach and this place is one of the bests. Pets are allowed but they don't allow let waste to be left by irresponsible owners. I have never seen a roach, which is more than I can say about 70% of the other apartments I have lived in. The only drawback is there is no playground. But there is a great pool with friendly life guards. They don't constantly raise rent every year, which has happened at every other apartment I have lived in. They don't have much guest parking, but there is ample parking for residents. Best of all. I feel safe. We definately found a home here until we are ready for a house. We've been here for two years and plan to renew for atleast two more.
