Hi!! I'm looking to sublease a bedroom in SVF for the summer. (June - August). My roommate and I are leaving on May 23rd, you can move in before that if it fits your schedule. It's a shared room in a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment. The bed is queen size and is bunked. We are willing to sublease for people that wants this to become a single bedroom too.

SVF is a great place! It has various amenities such as sky lounge, study room, gaming lounge, theater room, work out area for residents. Not to mention, this place is a 5 minute walk to the light rail or campus connector near to Buffalo Wild Wings. There are restaurants such as Chipotle, Noodles Company, etc. around and CVS pharmacy downstairs to do your daily groceries!! Laundry and dryers are in the unit. Rent are paid until the end of May.
