I have applied and been accepted for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with central AC located on La Riviera drive. It is about 5-8 minutes to Campus and also on the hornet shuttle line which provides free transportation to and from school.

The complex is well maintained and shaded with lots of trees. It is an ideal location right on the American river. It has gated parking lots, tennis courts, and a pool/spa.

The apartment is ready to be moved in August 1st, with a 12 month lease. Rent is $540 a month with a one time $300 deposit. All bills will be split evenly, (SMUD, Garbage/Water, Internet)

I would like to meet up and talk (starbucks or something) before beginning the application process but I am ready to have things finalized and ready for August 1st.

I'm a 25 year old Female, majoring in Speech Pathology. I'm very easygoing, go with the flow type of person. Just looking for a good living situation so I can focus on school.
