I am subleasing my shared bedroom apartment at Dinnaken House this summer from mid-May until August 4th (can be flexible). I will pay the full month's rent for May as an incentive!

Rent will be $452 per month. All utilities are covered for except electricity which comes to only about $12 per month. There is also parking available if you are interested!

Here are some details about the apartment and I can answer any questions you have:

-It is about a 5 minute walk to the UMN campus and light rail stations.

-It is located in Stadium Village, a very nice and central location to downtown Minneapolis, Dinkytown, fast-food restaurants, bus stops, etc.

-My three roommates are laid-back, clean, and easy-going!

-The apartment is fully furnished with free wifi, a fitness center, free laundry on the same floor, large lounge with kitchen and TV, private grilling area, etc.

-10/10 solid place
