The apartment unit was passable at best, but I made it home for about a year & a half. I wouldn't call it safe for women & children though. There's a constant gangster element about, and I couldn't believe the amount of litter these people left about on a regular basis. Count on hearing/seeing domestic fights at least once a month. They, like most apartment communities are in cahoots with towing services. So follow their parking policies to the letter, or you will get towed. I saw it almost nightly. You have to keep on top of them about maintenance issues, or they will ignor/forget/neglect you. But my worst experience was on move-out. That place looked so much better than when I moved in. And I cleaned everything!...except the crappy carpet they installed. They not only took all of my deposit, but billed me for another 85 bucks! They use the crappiest carpet available, and they re-tarred the parking lot during my stay. Then they billed me for traffic dirt & spot cleaning. DO NOT count on getting your deposit back. I could blame the manager (Johan) for this, considering she never replied to me wanting to have a move-out walk-through, nor to my complaint about the deposit/billing. She is probably just a puppet for Price Realty, with no guts or humanity to do the right thing. So my credit wouldn't be hurt, I paid. But as I warned Johan, I would post a bad review. And it is an honest review. Stay away from this hell-hole - Mark
The management is confusing and they change the rules constantly, and they just weren't very nice. The apartments were ok. Our 2nd story porch was falling apart when we moved in so they rebuilt it, only it took a few weeks for them to actually do it. I had to put in a few maintenance requests during my time there and almost always had to go back a second time for each request to put in the request again. Its your average apartment but the management is a headache.
I didn't even get the chance to move in here. The staff was very rude, they take their sweet time doing everything. I had to call more than five times in one day to talk to the manager who told me she would give me a call right back and then left for the day. I asked for a refund on my deposit and for it to be mailed to me a month ago and I still haven't received it, I had to call yet again to ask for it. Big surprise. If they don't care about you when they're trying to lease to you initially I wonder how they treat their tenants..I'm so glad I didn't move here I can only imagine how bad it could've been!
This is the WORST APARTMENT I have lived in - compared to last 4 in 10 years of renting history. The layout is nice - washer and dryer set is helpful -but thats about it. Things constantly breaks - in 7 months i had 1. Broken Garbage disposal 2. broken Toilet and 3. flooding from washer dryer area (twice) and other minor issues like CAR BEING TOWED - TWICE DESPITE THE STICKERS The worse part is - they take about three days time to come fix things. To fix the flooding they took about 10 days time - and all this time there was soapy water coming out from kitchen area /washer area i.e. whenever the neighbor turn their machine on - My apartment was flooded - IT was ridiculous. The only good thing going on is my lease is finally ending.
Don't bother wasting your money. Service is horrible. Everything breaks and they take their sweet time go fix. Management is rude and terrible service. Avoid at all cost.
