Circle University City is an apartment complex directly across from UNC Charlotte, with a two story gym, pool, tanning bed, fire pits, Mac lab with free printing, game room, free Starbucks coffee in the lobby, and so much more! My room is brand new; I was the first person to live in it. I have a private bedroom, and I have my own bathroom (I have my own private bathroom but it is not connected directly to my room). My bedroom is one of the bigger bedrooms in the apartment and my bathroom is the biggest bathroom in the apartment. Furniture is included.

Rent $585 without car. $625 with car in parking garage with gated access. Rent includes all utilities and nightly valet trash pickup. Pets allowed. The leases are individual per room. You could possibly have an empty room with no extra charge. This apartment has been pet free but the complex is pet friendly.
