We are subletting our apartment in El Cerrito for the summer. The apartment is fully furnished and includes two bedrooms (a big master bedroom and a smaller single bedroom), one bathroom, living room, small dining room, kitchen, a small balcony, an indoor one-car garage, and laundry on-site.

Just two blocks away from El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station (7 min ride from downtown Berkeley), the apartment is beautifully located just a short walk from supermarkets (Trade Joe's, Lucky, Safeway, 99 Ranch), a great movie theater, restaurants, bars, and cafes.

If you are like to move around on a bicycle, the Ohlone Greenway is just a couple of blocks away (and will connect directly to UC Berkeley) and the San Francisco Bay Trail is very close (we will leave our bicycles in case you don't bring you own).

The apartment will be available from June 1st to July 31st (but we might have a little bit of flexibility with the dates).

Price: $1500/month or $425/week for the whole apartment. All Utilities included (Gas, Electric, High-speed internet, Netflix).
