UNCC, Food Lion, Chipotle, Papa John's are within 5 minutes walk. Very convenient location. Bus connection to uptown is just across the North Tryon Street.

Rent: $450+ utilities (around $70)

Current Roommates: Two PhD students from Iran.

Preference: Male only, clean, quiet and friendly.
