Studio apartment # 118 is in the midst of a massive remodel, and upon completion # 118 will boast brand new hardwood floors in the entryway, closet, and living space. Our hardworking maintenance crew and crack contractors have also remodeled the bathroom and installed new plumbing lines for both the bathroom and kitchen. Throw in a new refrigerator and a complete repaint of the entire unit and now you’re cooking with gas…which is appropriate considering # 118 features a gas stove. On top of all of that, # 118 faces West-ish and is illuminated by afternoon and evening magic-hour light.
