We pay almost $1400 a month in rent, and the water is OFF at least once a week! Ridiculous!!! Showers interrupted, cannot flush the toilet, wash the dishes.... Etc. there's never any warning about it either, so good luck if you're getting ready for work, or have just returned from the gym. Story of my life. -.- can't wait to be out!!!!!! This is not one week after my original post... I had to rinse my Mouth out with bottled water because guess what?!?!? "There was a problem with one of our pipes".

Barbara made finding our perfect home wonderful! Great customer service, beautifully kept facilities, and quiet living. It feels like home here.

This place is bad. They inconvenience you all the time. And when talking to them they don't fix anything. They give you the same excuse all the time over and over and don't try and make things right. They do what's best for them and not you. And all they do is say sorry they don't fix it or make things better for you.

Even after I had moved out and needed help, the office staff was so helpful. I was really impressed with them. The apartments are nice and clean, it's a quiet area, and the office staff are nice and helpful. I loved living here.

I have lived in this apartment fewer than 60 days and I have so many severe issues that I am moving out! I would recommend avoiding this complex. 1) My kitchen has flooded three times and maintenance has not resolved. I will attach a picture if possible to show the severity of the flooding. The inability to use my kitchen sink or dishwasher has resulted in pretty unlivable conditions. Everytime I submit a service request they come in and look at it and act like there's not a problem and leave to say the "addressed my concern quickly." 2) Dogs are off-leash creating an unsafe environment. There is also quite a bit of feces on the grounds. 3) The walls are thin, meaning that I frequently hear neighbors walking, talking, and listening to loud music. It's difficult to sleep. 4) The staff is unresponsive and extremely rude. Any time I express a concern, they are dismissive and act like it's my fault/problem. For example, I was given a broken gate clicker upon move-in and when brought it back to the office a few days later they accused me of breaking it! I've never experienced this many issues with any apartment and especially not so quickly after I moved in. Save yourself trouble and don't rent from River Stone Ranch.
