Apartment complex is old an outdated, no security cameras, *even though there are signs* in a crime area. Drug activity, police have to come REGULARLY! Says its a pet friendly community IT IS NOT! Manager DOES NOT say what she MEANS, And MEANS what she says!

I have suffered through this apartment complex enough this year. My AC hasn't worked all summer after constant request for maintenance. No one has even looked at it. Also I asked for someone to look at the broken toilet that doesn't flush. And the don't require any residents to leash their pets. Well they say they do but after many complaints nothing is done. The same dogs run around freely unleashed. So if you have an approved big dog that doesn't like when small dogs run up on him you may have to fight to keep the little dog alive. Also if you like drugs you may want to live here because I has witnessed one selling drugs and have a different person ask me if I needed any. If you happen to be walking your poor pee deprived dogs after dark you may be in trouble because I have had to call the cops on more than one occasion due to the strange activity that happens here in holly hill. I currently live here and have been through three different managers. Every time I try to tell someone about my problems in the office there is a different person in there. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
