This is a welcoming condo on the top floor of a newer quiet building. It has a secured entry and a reserved parking space with direct elevator access to unit.

It is fully furnished with a large well stocked kitchen and adjoining separate pantry. All major appliances plus microwave, toaster, blender, magic bullet, pots, pans, etc. plus iron, board, and hair dryer. A full size washer & dryer are in the pantry area. We provide starter supplies for both kitchen and bath.

Entertainment/tech furnishings include high def cable TV, high speed cable internet/wifi, DVD, CD/radio, and even Netflix.
