Pet Policy : We are a pet friendly community and accept cats and dogs. There is no pet rent, but we do have a pet deposit. There are no size, weight, or breed restrictions, with the exception of pit bulls and pit mixes. There is a maximum limit of three pets as well. For one pet it is $400 and $100 is non-refundable, two pets is $500 and $100 is non-refundable, and for three pets it is $600 and $100 of that is non-refundable.
