The apartment is great, clean and The rent is very reasonable and utilities are included with the rent. The apartment is located close to KU campus and there is bus transit within walking distance. There is a washer and dryer in house, a kitchen with all regular appliances, and a balcony. Both the rooms are spacious with a closet.

I am looking to move out of my current apartment and moving to a different state. I am looking for someone to replace me on the lease for this apartment. There are two rooms available in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The resident is a college male student attending KU, he is nice and quiet.
