Fogleman Reality group Staff came forward and my issue got resolved. Really appreciate Jacquelyn Gaines-Mays, Resident Relations Coordinator help for sorting out this issue.
I like the way apartments are structured and maintained. Staff at the leasing office have been good with me so far. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is their tenants retention policy is very bad. If a person wants to move to another apartment within Legacy after the completion of lease term, he/she has to pay a non refundable transfer fee. This is kind of forcing the person to move out of Legacy. The reason why a tenant wants to continue with Legacy is because he/she likes the apartment. Why would you ask a non-refundable transfer fee from them?
My husband and I rented from Legacy Farms for 3 months last fall when we sold our nearby home. Three months after renting, we bought our lease out early to accept an out-of-state transfer. When we lived at the apartment, we had our high school daughter and a small, spayed, 7-yr.-old schnauzer with us. When we were moving in, we found that the refrigerator had an ant infestation. We asked for the refrigerator to be replaced, and mgt. brought a very old one out of storage barely working. We had a continual battle with roaches; roaches would often come out of the a.c. vent in the bathroom while our daughter was showering. We had to continually request pest service, but the service did no good. After we moved out, we received notice that we owed for total carpet replacement due to "pet damages." Our dog did no damage to the carpet at all. My husband and I were both there during the day with our dog. I truly believe mgt. took the opportunity to charge us for the replacement because we were able to pay for an early lease "buyout." I would not recommend this complex to prospective renters.

Found the staff to be helpful. Plenty of parking and just updated the amenity areas. I enjoyed it here.
