Very good food and service. The decor was also wonderful. I had the pork shank and it was fantastic. My wife had one of the daily special pasta salads. She was very happy with it.

This place is so charming. Gives you a feel of Europe in the middle of Brooklyn. Our waitress was very helpful, big smile and caring. The food was delicious, you could see the cook was happy to do his job as the plates looked good. Bedford burger and ALT were perfect. Smaller portions but quality food !

Finally I found a terrible restaurant in Williamsburg! You may wonder why this might please me? It is because almost every restaurant I go to in 11211 is fantastic. I thought I was becoming to generous with reviews. This place has re-affirmed that my opinions of those great restaurants is justified. The chickpea fries tasted like fast food chicken fingers on the outside and nothing on the inside. The mustard sauce on our mussels was described by another patron as "a salty mayo sauce". To pay my check at the end of the meal, I had to walk from my table up to the bar to get the waiter's attention.

The lobster bisque and house made ricotta gnocchi may have been some of the tastiest foods I've enjoyed in a very long time. The above mentioned dishes are specials on Thursdays (as of now atleast)...

Don't miss this cute spot! This place is perfect to visit for the weekends during the summer where they shut down Bedford Avenue. Warning their french toast, though tasty, is very small. Their cocktail list is fabulous though. Their Black Russian is phenomenal - made with fabulous espresso vodka.
