I lived here more than a year and this place is really worth.The apartment are neat,clean,rent is cheaper (compared to natomas).My apartment was almost reneweted and community is also well maintened.Diana(community manager)is really resposible and good person.They really take care as long as their work is concerned. Sometimes you need to have follow ups for your work orders but the person who does this job is Rod and really efficient ,good person.Norwood avenue is not best place to live but this community is very good.Not at all noisy,quiet....i would suggest people who wants to stay in good environment in cheap rent.
