I used to live here under the old management when I was very young and it was pretty terrible. I moved in here again 3 months ago because they were the cheapest apartments on the northwest side of town and I've had no issues. They just reopened the "gym", which has just enough equipment for me to be content. My neighbors play terrible music until 1 am very often, but that has nothing to do with Palm Canyon. I just found out they have a security guard walking around at night making sure all is in order. How'd I find out? I locked myself out of my apartment and was seen breaking into it... All in all everyone here is friendly and the prices seem fair. :p
We signed a lease at Palm Canyon apartments on November 10. We weren't given a mail key because they had to rekey our box. We have also been without Internet for the past month because of faulty wiring in the wall (which is a big deal when your school is 100% online). After going to the office several times a week for the past month, we have been told that they are working on it. They're working on it. Oh, they're so sorry, they're working on it. I go in today with a letter to be signed by them citing the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and how they have 10 days to repair the wiring before I hire someone myself to repair it and deduct it from rent, and all of a sudden they're making phone calls and getting things done and the mail key I've been waiting 30 days for is given to me within 20 minutes. Completely outrageous. Going on 31 days now of the office AS WELL as upper management ignoring our calls/emails. Looks like our only option at this point is to get a lawyer. Pretty sad if you ask me. If you're looking for an apartment in Tucson, don't be fooled by the smiles, excuses and lies they feed you at Palm Canyon. They don't give a crap about you. Absolute worst experience I've EVER had with an apartment complex. I 100% regret signing a lease here.
No complaints. Parking is a little rough but other than that, everything is pretty new and the staff is helpful.
They will tow your car for fun. I LIVED here and had my car towed. No warnings just gone. I believe someone from a and b towing lives here so he calls for the tows. Look out and don't live here. There is no parking if you have more than one car
Visited a friend paid 200$ tow fee with no contact or warning. Will tell every friend not to rent here. My complex will give you a paper warning at least. No clearly defined visiters parking and people parked in fire lane next to me did not get towed.
