Although the price is kinda high, its really worth it cause of the location. I walk to work, grocery shopping, and the vast amount of restaurants that are nearby. Parking is only bad during the weekends; however, no matter where you go there will be bad parking in this city. The last 3 places I lives parking is actually worse. 90% of the time I'm able to park in front of my building. I see maintenance out all the time, never needed them however except upon move in to fix some blinds. Also, they are constantly having giveaways, free breakfast, and movie nights out in the courtyard during summer. We did have the mail get broken into, but crime has no location. Especially during holiday season. The front office handle it very professionally and let all the who was effected know. They are dog friendly and I have 130 pound mastiff. We live in a 1 bedroom and their is plenty of space for the 3 of us. Doggy bags are always available, and everywhere. Although some owners don't pick up their dogs crap (like most of the people in this city) I've seen multiple times where maintenance is picking it up. They have a mini little office for you printer emergency needs, and a small gym. Staff is super friendly and always there to help whenever we need them :) Love this place!
My girlfriend and I have lived here for about a year. The perfect score doesn't mean it's not a perfect place to live. Nowhere is, but I like the location because it's right across the street from a King Soopers and other restaurants. Plus this is the is the first place I and my girlfriend have lived on our own. The parking isn't perfect, but we knew that going in as well. They accepted our big dog. He's loved it here, and there is always doggy stations for him to go to the bathroom. Very covenant. Haven't had a maintenance issue, but I know they have 24 hour service and they are usually very prompt when they are scheduled to fix something. All in all, it's the best place that I've had the pleasure to call my own humble abode.
Don't live there. The mgmt was always rude. Maintenance never comes. My windows didn't close all the way which I address many of times which lead to stuff being stolen from my place. Fridge stop working when I first got to the apartments which lead to my food getting spoiled. Only got a measly 40 bucks for that. When maintenance finally came after a couple of weeks of asking to fixing my fridge and threatened to call corporate they left the old fridge in my living room for a month. Mgmt is saying I over stuff the freezer which wasn't the case. No parking space almost ever after you are off work. My mail got stolen There is supposedly Security but there not there. never works. I haven't received my last bill yet. Iguess that's that a good thing. Don't live there. A pretty penny for below average living. Your paying for the area. When I move out the city I heard they accuse me of stealing stuff from their office. Don't deal with shady people. Now I'm living in a much better place for a fraction of the price. I paid a 1099 for 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Your better off going down south. For my soldiers and airman this should be on the ban list because of how bad the management is.
We've lived here for 4 years and it's fairly standard for an apartment complex. You do need to pay for a carport or parking garage if you want parking. Dogs are allowed and owners are rude about picking up after them. The maintenence is awesome about keeping snow off stairs and sidewalks. Great during winter!
The previous management was great but when I moved out 2 years ago new mgmt came in and the place went to Hell in a handbasket . All the reviews you are reading are correct.... The spa never works along with the pool, current mgmt doesn't give a crap about any maintainance issues you have, the grounds are nasty and the place is way over priced for what you get. Don't waste your money or time looking to live here. It's a bad apartment complex.
