A big thank you to the resident service team for coming to my rescue. Yep. I lost my key and was very upset. The River View 1 team came together and explained what will happen with my lost key they got me a new one and were so thoughtful throughout the process. Thank so much.

1. Elevator: There are always elevator problems 2. Construction: Under construction for a whole year 3. They said the park would open at 2015 Spring. But it never opens! Not even now, when we are going to move out! 4. It's noisy!!!!! They are mowing everyday in the park, but the park never opens! ridiculous! 4 .Second Hand Smoke.

Financial Department is not at all helpful... They just mess up with the rent and all.. And dont describe or contact...Worst apartment in terms of money...

We moved in recently and the apartments are nice, however, there is an issue with the AC system which basically works fine in one room, near which the unit is installed and in other rooms the cooling is very weak and minimal. Therefore, its difficult to maintain the desired temperature in the apartment during the hot days and even in the coming winter. Also the entrance and exit from the parking are very narrow and may be hazardous for the drivers, the parking is not designed intelligently. They should install look through mirrors at the turns to avoid collisions.

Only good thing - location. Would highly recommend Crescent village over this. Staff - friendly. BUT if your stay aint good - then thats not important Constant elevator problems - twice a week. Construction noise on weekends and after hours ! No interesting events or complimentary fitness classes like Crescent / Northpark. Still developing. "Probably" will be good when the construction is done. Badly waiting for the lease to get over :(
