I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at this complex. We chose this apartment in part due to the fantastic location, which is within easy walking distance to nearly anything you could need. The apartment is spacious, with very large walk in closets, and additional storage space available. The parking lot always has space, the maintenance staff is great and responds quickly to requests, and in the entire time I've lived here (nearly 2 years), I have never had any problems with my neighbors. People are polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for reasonably priced housing in Harford County.

My family and I have lived here for a little over a month now. I really like the neighborhood. It is pretty quiet here and appears to be a safe area. We haven't had any major issues, but maintenance seems to be on top of things. I very rarely hear any noise inside of our apartment, we always have a parking spot close, and it's clean (no bugs). I would recommend these apartments.

We LOVE living here. The apartment common areas are clean and well maintained. There's lots of open space and great playground. It's close to everything - super handy; but it doesn't have any street noise. Maintenance crews are quick to respond to any requests and everyone is courteous and pleasant to talk to. You can hear your neighbors some, but that's in every apartment - mostly isolated incidents and it's overall a pleasant and welcoming community. I always feel safe walking around by myself even at night. They also provide a government discount which is awesome.

It's OK. Overall it's livable. We like it. We have a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath & Large Den (like 3rd Bedroom) When we moved in Office was great, maintenance was great too! We were excited. Shortly after-we found out our neighbors across the hall got ALL NEW Appliances and a new Bathroom. Ours are all still original. --The bathroom was caulked over to look nice, that has now pealed and looks disgusting with black mildew. --The Bathroom Cabinet Smells like Mildew-we don't even use it! --The water barely comes out of the sink. --We hate the bathroom!!! We also called maitenance on our Dishwasher-it never cleans a dish! Maitenance said we overload it, we don't use the right stuff. We tried one dish with the best cleaner-still dirty. I have used a Dishwasher for over 20 years-this one is terrible! But they won't replace it-so we have to wash by hand which stinks because it was a nice thing with a large family. However, the most annoying thing is SQUIRRELS in the attic! I have requested them removed at least 6 times as well as other neighbors requesting! We can hear chewing and running all night & day! You can get bad neighbors anywhere-not the apartments fault, but we did. (Arrests & can smell Drug Use in hall) Overall, I would continue to live here, it's not terrible. Office Staff and Maitenance do respond to issues quickly, they are just not fixed or we are told they can't do anything. Just wish they would have updated our apartment since the other ones in this old building are getting updated. It's very outdated.

We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the ground floor with laundry on the floor. So far, overall experience has been great. Very roomy, lots of space and closet space. Big plus: it's within walking distance of Safeway, Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, downtown, etc. Really convenient having a grocery store across the street. Right next to the park and duck pond, which is great for taking walks. Downsides: maintenance was extremely slow when we first moved in. Took 3 weeks to respond to a fairly urgent maintenance issue. But happy to report that this has improved and they are very prompt now. Staff is very friendly. On the website, a gym/clubhouse and lounge was advertised, but this has not been built yet. Was dissappointed, as I quite my gym membership for something that didn't actually exist yet. Also, pool was not opened for the season on time and had very limited hours. It also was closed for the season early. So did not get any use out of the pool. Really wish someone would have told me about these items, as they are the main selling points on the website. But other than not having promised access to amenities, this place is great. Can't hear neighbors unless they're being loud in the hallway. Nice neighborhood. Always able to do laundry when I need to, even though it is shared with the floor (coin operated machines). Overall, give it a 4/5.
