I cannot wait to move. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes over the years and this has to be the worst. Here are the issues we have been having: Do you like the photos on the website of the apartments with the hardwood floors? Only a few of their apartments have them. Otherwise the apartments themselves are woefully outdated and are not in good repair. They also have a smell to them. The majority of tenants smoke in their apartments so my guess is that's why. Speaking of repairs, I have had maintenance issues from the start. The apartment was not repainted from the previous tenants, the previous tenants left a satellite dish and I had to clean all of their old stuff out of my storage area, the dishwasher was broken and rusted out, the refrigerator/freezer would freeze up and leak. The leak from the fridge was so bad that it leaked down into the apartment below and warped our floor, which required our floor to be "replaced." The "replacement" consisted of laying down new sticky tile. I've had multiple clogs in my toilet and sinks (only living here four months). When we moved in I had a newborn in the NICU and was storing breastmilk in the fridge -- I wasn't comfortable with our fridge/freezer and so I kept the milk at my parents' home nearby. I alerted maintenance and the leasing office to all of these issues prior to us even moving in and we were assured it would be taken care of in a timely manner. Per issue/repair, I had to follow up approximately four times each. Each time I was told the maintenance staff was very busy. I reported the fridge leak BEFORE it warped the floor -- they could have saved themselves money and myself aggravation. When I brought the issues to the attention of the assistant office manager she became very defensive and tried to pawn the issue off on the maintenance scheduler. The maintenance scheduler often would give me VERY off timelines for repair ("it will be done tomorrow" and a few days later I call again "oops! it will be done tomorrow" and so on!). First month here, I didn't have a working fridge or dishwasher. After me following up four times on the repainting, it was never done. I gave up. Third month here, my toilet was clogged and that didn't get fixed for a WEEK. I was trying to make a nice, clean, comfortable home for myself and my newborn child while recovering from childbirth and I was given the brushoff by the maintenance and office staff. My dryer broke today. I am sure it will take them a week or two to fix. Prior to moving in, I was assured that the list of repairs/maintenance I presented would be fixed. Otherwise I would not have moved here. I will not be renewing my lease here in February.

Ladies and Gentlemen, if you are looking to save a little bit on rent per month and come upon the Seasons at Bel Air, do not even consider it. There have been more issues with the apartment than I could recollect, but that is not the biggest problem with Seasons. The problem is that when these issues are brought to management, you are either ignored or forgotten, unless you are incredibly persistent or a code is violated. It took months for a leaking sink that was warping the floor to get fixed, and that was only done because our downstairs neighbor began it coming into their apartment. Who knows if we have mold or not, but we are not sticking around to find out.

I've been here for a few years and i would have to say this apartment complex is definitely not what i expected when the thought of bel-air came to mind. When we first moved in the were problems immediately such as a closet door that is ridiculously hard to open and a towel rack that is ready to fall off the wall, both of which have not been fixed yet. Also maintenance takes forever to "fix" things, but they never really are fixed. Then just this winter there was a leaking pipe in the front of the building that they ignored until part of the parking lot and walkway was under at least 6 inches of ice. It disgusts me that the owners of the complex are that horrible at salting the parking lots and roadways to the buildings. This is a dangerous place to live in the winter. I can't wait to leave his place.

Looking to live at the County seat in once-exclusive, preppy Bel Air...? ....but only qualify for SECTION 8? Then LOOK NO FURTHER that the marvelous SEASONS at Bel Air! With luck, you may be housed near the all-day porch sitters. Or explore the trashed stream. . Thrill at random burglaries or property and auto vandalism as you watch baggy pants, gangstah wanna-bes and displaced trailer-trash wander by. Ask to tour the apartments where a BLIND MAN WAS STABBED TO DEATH by a former resident who moved here from his last State incarceration! Or thrill to see the front-road dumpster where a NEWBORN was disposed of! Why settle for inner-city Baltimore, when you can have it ALL right here? (and you can even WALK to the Courthouse....so Believe me, this isn't your Mom's Bel Air anymore, thanks to THE SEASONS! !

Seasons takes full advantage of every available opportunity to take extra money from you. When I moved out (1 week prior to the deadline) they waited until halfway through the month to call me and say "you didn't return your keys, we're still billing you. When I paid rent on the day they start charging late fees, they said oh well the system isn't showing an extra charge, and took my payment. Then my phone rang off the hook because they were looking for a couple hundred extra. Broken oven when I moved in. Broken air conditioner for an entire summer while their woefully understaffed repair people tried a bunch of pointless repairs (removed the air filter, really??) Motorcycle vandalized, car vandalized, bicycle vandalized, deliveries stolen. They don't have enough dumpsters so a mountain of garbage piles up every week next to the dumpster. Everyone working in the office is rude and unhelpful. The entire operation seems more interested in extracting maximum dollars rather than making their neighborhood better in any way. AVOID
Some errands can be accomplished on foot.
