I honestly don't even know where to begin as there's so many problems with this place. I am so embarrassed to actually admit that I lived in this complex for a year and a half. I had a two bedroom unit that constantly had huge spiders popping up yet we were charged for pest control that they never conducted. The parking was always a disaster as they have no guest parking and not even enough for all of the residents at the property. The gates they installed don't work properly and definitely don't help the parking problem so you have to walk very far at night to get to your building and it's not the safest environment. The three pools didn't open in 2015 until late August / September. Property management is continuously changing as they can't seem to keep reliable office staff or management. Maintenance is so unreliable and cheap. They halfway repair things in order to stall fixing them correctly. We had a roof leak for the entire year and a half that we lived there that was attempted to be fixed three times. The maintenance supervisor is one of the most unprofessional people on the property along with the rest of the jokes that are so called "management". Don't bother trying to call the office as you will probably not get an answer and if you do, they may hang up on you. I have worked in property management and have never seen a property or management company so pathetic and unprofessional. The corporate office didn't even bother getting back to the property manager to explain my move out charges. This is a very sad excuse for an apartment complex. I moved in for the fact of convenience to the airport and lack of timing to find a better place but let me save you some time and frustrations. DO NOT BOTHER LIVING HERE!!!

Everything I've read about this place in the bad reviews is true. It would take me days to write up every bad experience I had at this place. Parking is awful, staff is rude and incompetent, they don't keep maintenance up on the pools, they will NOT give you a referral bonus if you refer someone and then they'll send you to collections even after you've done the walk-though with them and they say you don't owe anything. GET EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED! If they send you collections send the collection agency this in response (it worked for me): DATE Name and address of Debt collector Account of NAME Account # Dear Collector, I am writing in response to your letter dated _____. I do not believe that I owe this debt or what you say I owe. I respectfully request that you provide me with the following: 1. the amount of the debt; 2. the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed; 3. verification or copy of any judgment; 4. proof that you are licensed to collect debts in Tennessee; 5. proof of the last payment made on the account. I am asserting my rights under the federal and state Fair Debt Collection Practices Acts and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including these rights: • Because I have disputed this debt in writing within 30 days of receipt of your initial notice, you must obtain verification of the debt or a copy of the judgment against me and mail these items to me at your expense. • You cannot add interest or fees except those allowed by the original contract or state law. • Any attempt to collect this debt without validating it violates the FDCPA. Also be advised that I am keeping accurate records of all correspondence from you and your company, including recording all phone calls, and I will not hesitate to report violations of the law to my State Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. I have disputed this debt. Therefore, until it is validated, your information concerning this debt is assumed to be inaccurate. Accordingly, if you have already reported this debt to any credit-reporting agency (CRA) or Credit Bureau (CB), then you must immediately inform them of my dispute with this debt. Reporting information that you know to be inaccurate or failing to report information correctly violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act § 1681s-2. Should you pursue a judgment without validating this debt, I will inform the judge and request that the case be dismissed based on your failure to comply with the FDCPA. Finally, if you do not own this debt, I demand that you immediately send a copy of this dispute letter to the original creditor so they are also aware that I dispute the debt. Sincerely,

Don't move here, just don't. It's that simple.. Want to know why this place sucks? Here it is, #1. No parking spaces, just none. Nada, ninguno, never. #2. Staff isn't brilliant. #3. They always have the pools close, or green... #4. Put in a work order, yeah they'll come 3-4 months later.. after several complains. #5. The gate, it's a complete joke. #6. I've been living here 9 months, and ever since my dining room wall hasn't been painted. #7. Complained about the bathroom door getting stuck 9 months ago, it's still the same. #8. IF you're lucky enough to find a parking spot, you're gonna walk a great distance to get to your apartment. This is a complete hassle when you go grocery shopping PLUS you have a baby and have to carry a car seat. #9. If you want a "reserved parking" you have to pay $15 extra monthly, plus sometimes even that reserved parking spot is still far from your apartment. #10. Our prices were changed to much after we signed a contract. We basically paid $1,500 extra (not rent) for the first month. #11. We moved here from Arizona, so for 2 weeks after we made the contract we didn't have anywhere to live because the office told us they didn't have anything available. When we finally move into our apartment our neighbors told us that our current apartment had been empty for almost a month... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, the only nice thing is the inside of the apartment. Except for my bathroom door..

Absolutely terrible. Best way to desribe living here. Good luck ever finding a parking spot. Had to park in a fire lane one night due to there not being a Parking spot in the entire aprtment complex. Of course I was towed by the time I woke up for work at 6 in the morning. However now there is a giant dumpster taking up the entire exact fire lane I was parked in. So it's not ok for me to park there for a few hours since I had no where else to park, but it's ok for them to put a huge dumpster and cover the entire fire lane in front of apartments for months! Also when we first moved in it was an average of 90 degrees outside and our A/C didn't work. We called the office multiple times to be greeted by rude employees. After a month of calling and emailing the office and mangers about our A/C getting fixed I finally had to call my lawyer and threaten to sue them for the months rent. At that point they finally came and fixed it literally 36 days after the first complaint. Needless to say it is now broken again and I'm going threw the same problem. DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE. Promise you will regret it.

I enjoy my apartment when I am inside. It is nice, cozy, and quiet. However, THE GATE SUCKS!!! THE DIAL PAD DOES NOT WORK SO IF YOY HAVE A BADGE BUT THERE A LINE OF CARS OUTSIDE THE GATE TRYING TO GET YOU HAVE TO SIT THERE AS WELL. I HAVE LEFT MY CAR IN THE TURNING LANE JUST TO BADGE PPL IN SO I CAN GO HOME. NOT ONLY THAT PARKING IS HELL!! I PAY TOO MUCH TO HAVE TO PARK BUILDINGSSS AWAY AND THEN WALK BACK TO MY PLACE. AS A SINGLE YOUNG WOMAN THAT IS NOT SAFE. NOT TO MENTION I PARKED IN FRONT OF SOMEONE ELSES BUILDING AND THE NEXT MORNING I HAD DENTS IN MY CAR. THENNNN I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG MAILBLX KEY NOV '15, IT IS NOW MARCH '16 AND I'M HAVING TO SHOW MY ID TO THE MAIL CARRIER SO THAT I CAN GET INTO MY BOX. STAFF IS HORRIBLE. IF BRITTNEY C. IS NOT IN, I CAN JUST GIVE UP ALL HOPE.
