My husband and I are working professionals who recently moved in and we would recommend this apartment complex simply for their customer service. Being remolded apartments, we had several issues we needed corrected and they worked tirelessly to correct them in a timely manner. Our leasing agent, Corey, was extremely helpful in helping us find the best apartment. Our best experience was with the residential services manager, Sean. I've never experienced better customer service than with him. We give the place 4 stars instead of 5 because they are still finishing the remolding process. I wish the remodel was finished, but we knew that would be the case when we signed up.

Unnecessary increasing price without no reasons. very small gym. Old apartments. Leasing officers trying to fool people. i am staying here for past 3 years. I recommend not to come here.

We moved here around 1 and 1/2 year back. The reason for our moving was the play area for the kids. But the new management has put some stupid structure in the sand pit. And now there is nothing to play for the kids. Please do not go the website photographs. There is no such play area left, I mean not slides nothing. The new management is also not helpful. I have also heard from the new tenants, that the remodeled apartments are not that good. They have used some cheap taps, showers and no microwaves. The poor kids have nothing to play area instead of the stupid sand. The little kids were happy with the earlier play structure. We are really disappointed. They have spend so much on the renovating of the swimming pool, that is going to be used only in the summers, and spent nothing on the play area that the kids play in for the whole year. We might not re new our lease, bcoz we are not staying for the schools. My daughter is just 3 yrs, so we needed a play area. Very sad and very very very upeset, with this kind of ignorance.

Moved in 2 years and 2 owners ago. Current owner has nice office staff that have been helpful and are working to overhaul the grounds which should be nice when it's finished. The quality varies by apartment, the 'old' section in the back has cheaper apartments with cheap cabinetry and appliances while the 'new' section in front has nicer apartments. This leads to my current issue with The Park Kiely, they're trying to price the 'old' section inline with the 'new' one and the apartments just aren't worth it. In addition they seem to be skirting around rent restrictions by using the 'utility' fee. When I first moved in utilities were billed biased on usage and my bill was $15-$20 per month, they've since moved to flat fee's and the new 'offer' they gave me was ~$150 per month on top of a ~$300 rent increase. Bottom line - nice place to live if you can get the right price but be aware that if you move now you're paying for the improvements you might not be around to see. Also expect your rent and utilities increase whenever they get the chance.
