Very friendly maintenance guys! They are always around when I'm out walking my dog, so it's nice that they take the time to say hi. They're also very prompt and friendly if you have any issues. My one bedroom apartment is wonderful. To be honest it's way to big for me though. Parking is great here. By far the best of any place I've lived. It also feels like a very safe area -- I haven't seen/had any problems. location is also a plus. Easy walk to the stores & about a mile away from a great park. My only complaint is that they don't have the option to compost. Salt Lake City has a curbside compost bin that I believe is free to home owners -- but as a renter I'd have to pay to take it somewhere. All in all a great place to live.
I love it here! I work at another property so I kind of look at things in a different way. The people who work here go above and beyond! They make us all feel so welcomed making sure to always say hi and whenever we have a maintenance request they are right on it! And their office staff after every thing is done and taken care of they will make it a point to ask you if it's up to your standards and just make sure you have an amazing apartments experience here. Also they are pet friendly! Which is awesome, but most places that are, there is usually dog droppings every where which I would say is the residents faults if they don't pick up after them, but I feel since the office makes it so nice to live here the Tenants make it stay that way I love it here! Thanks PineHurst!!
I've been at Pinehurst for a year now. The place is great. It is well maintained and the staff are very attentive. Nate, Bri and Felix take great care of us.
We love it here. Started in a 2 bedroom and moved into a 3 bedroom when we had another child. The guys who fix everything around here are amazing.
The good: Maintenance guys are awesome. Anytime we have had any issues they are around and fix things timely and correctly the first time around. These guys are A+ rating. Office staff is nice and makes living here easy. Close to mountains. We have enjoyed living here and can say that I have never lived in the same apartment community long enough to give a review. Needless to say I feel obligated to do so now having been here for our second year. Now onto the bad. The Bad: Parking lots are extremely dark. There is not a single light or lamp pole in any of the parking areas causing dark spots. Yes there are lights on the building that shine (sort of) in the parking areas, however there are many dark spots going from the upper apartments on the hill down into the lower apartments. This makes walking dogs at night feel unsafe. No doggie trash can for the apartments on the hill. From what I have seen, if you are walking your dog, there are three doggie trash cans throughout the community of which there is not a single one for the folks that live and have animals on the hill side apartments by the church, gross! Breakins. Don't let the area fool you and keep your car doors locked at all times. I have had two break ins in the year and half that I have lived here. Once was when I left the car doors unlocked and they ransacked my car along with 3 or 4 other cars in the parking lot (dark parking lots = issues) the second time, my car was locked however someone tried to put some sort of slip jack between my window and door, damaging the window seal. We just recently had the outside storage lockers in the breeze way broken into as well, so keep those locked also. Parking. If you have a large car or truck, don't expect to be able to park in front of your apartment or garage, this isn't the communities fault just poor design of the apartments. Keep your things locked up at all times, and don't walk in the parking lots late at night sum up the above. Other than the issues good and bad, living here has been easy and look forward to another ski season and living within 15 minutes of all the resorts.
