The pros: Everyone is very nice, and it is a very quiet complex. You wont be complaining your neighbors are too loud or rude. The Cons: The entrances to the buildings don't close entirely or lock, and when they do get closed, they are difficult to get open. The doors into actual units are fine, just the building doors are broken. Maintenance can take a while to fix an issue, and are not the cleanest. They left lots of debris after fixing a leak in my ceiling that I told them about 3 weeks in a row before they arrived to fix it. The units are smaller, and the kitchen is non-existent. You get 2 feet of counter space. The Hot tub isn't hot, and the Sauna is broken, for over a year, and they havent fixed it. Overall, they just dont seem to care about upkeep, more just keeping the appearance of a nice place for new people. Once you look closer, it's not a nice place.
Stay away from this place! This place is a scam! At first it may look like a place where you want to live to but don't be fooled. I almost got sucked in because of the low rent price but then I realized I'd rather pay an extra $100 to live some where better. To top it off I never received a refund as promised by the staff. Management here is a joke. I'm glad I did not wast my time at this dump. But, good news is that I will be getting my money back because I am reporting this to my bank.
Lived here for a year. I liked it well enough, I had the 1-bedroom loft type unit. Pros: Maintenance was prompt. They started me off at a pretty good rate Thick concrete walls Close to everything. Walking distance from Walgreens, Valley Produce, etc Outdoor pool and hot tub Pets allowed Friendly administration Very spacious unit Cons: The hot water didn't stay hot for very long in the showers Very difficult to heat, and the heat is electric, so it hiked up the electric bill up to $100 range in the winters They tried to raise the rent price by $100 when it came time to re-sign (the reason why I left) No washer/dryer unit nor hookup. Laundry was a short walk outdoors, which can be a real pain in the winter. You pay $1.25 per cycle. The interior was a bit shoddy. You can tell they just painted it over (not very carefully either) and fixed everything up superficially.
