I was a tenant at Waterford Commons for 1 year. During this time, the property went under new management without notice to tenants. To begin, I acquired mold growth in the walls around all of the windows and patio door. It took maintenance 2 months to treat the problem, which meant asking that I wipe the moldy spots daily with bleach, before finally patching them. Second, beware of low income renters. The place was decent when I moved in, but had attracted all sorts of trash by the time I moved out. One of the gals who works in the office is a prime example.. She, her live in boyfriend, and son all share a 1 bedroom apartment on site. The son is apparently racist, watching American History X in the commons area. When you're fortunate enough to move away from here: CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! I was charged for dust in a florescent light fixture high above on the kitchen ceiling, and literally a single hair in a drawer. The manager conducting the walk-thru was extremely rude. Prior to move-out inspection, which she was late to, I witnessed her throwing her office telephone into the rental office door! Always beware of Bedbugs! ;-)
